Vidyalaya academic plan for session 2009-10 has been set up
and now it has been placed before all staff members for further course of
action. The following committees, departments and clubs are here by constituted
to carry out various curricular, co-curricular and extra curricular activities
and also to provide ample opportunities and encouragement to achieve the
highest ethical and moral values among the students and also to facilitate the
smooth functioning of the Vidyalaya during the
academic session 2009-10
Therefore,
all in charges, conveners and members of Dept/committee/ Club are hereby
instructed to take the charge of their concerned department and set the action
plan for session – 2009-10.

MORNING ASSEMBLY
ORGANISATIONS 1. To plan the morning assembly programme and allot the duty to concerned HM. In addition, to check the preparation of the programme before presenting in morning assembly. 2. Children’s birthday will be celebrated in morning assembly on his/her specific dates of birth to wish him/her, 3. To provide a greeting card & toffee & all students have to wish them by presenting birthday song. 4. Any other related work CELEBRATION OF FESTIVAL & IMPORTANT DAYS 1. To prepare a plan to celebrate important festivals & days as per Vidyalaya academic Calendar & invite artists, dignitary(s) on the selected occasions. 2. A special programme should be presented on special occasions & important days followed by a brief speech related to festival. One programme should be presented by a staff member voluntarily. 3. To encourage the students & staff to participate in these programmes & assign duties for them. 4. 1. Complete schedule of test/exam for the session (tentative) will be circulated among the students & parents for their prior information. Exam time-tables should also be informed to students & parents at least two weeks before the commencement of test/exam. 2. Maintain the required stationary of Examination well in advance in stock. 3. Class wise pre-plan schedule should be decided for weekly test, fortnightly test, monthly test, practice test etc. 4. All the required documents/materials like answer scripts, mark-slip, mark register, progress card etc. should be issued to concerned teacher in time & it should be taken back to exam department after completion of each and every test/exam. 5. Students and parents must be informed about the results of all tests & exam within a week of completion of test/examination & updated record must be kept ready for further course of action. 6. DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITY OF
THE SUBJECT TEACHERS/CLASSES/CO-CLASS TEACHERS
SESSION 2009-10
1.
To take attendance twice daily in fore noon and after
noon; before morning assembly starts.
2.
To make attendances by making ‘P’ for present and ‘A’
for absent both times
3.
To complete attendance register at the end of the
months and to get the principal’s signature on the last working day.
4.
To enter all the particulars of students viz parents name address, contact nos,
etc.
5.
To keep and file leave letters, study certificates
etc. issued to students.
6.
To enter the details of Fee and fine paid / suspension etc. / any punishment
accorded to that student
7.
To record good/bad/achievements / the
and the traits of students in the register.
8.
To choose / select a very effective class leader and
to train the child for leader ship qualities with added responsibility, If needed on rotation basis.
9.
To encourage / motivate children to participate in CCA
/sports/internal /external competitions and to keep track records of their
participation through out the year.
10. To co – ordinate / co
pervade with students to try to solve their problems like Indiscipline /
low scores in any subjects.
11. To keep record of
parents – teachers meeting as when such meetings take place.
12. Please check the
cleanliness of the class room. Not a single paper piece should be seen inside
the class room thrown carelessly. If cleanliness is not up to the mark, please
inform to undersigned/ Office and get it cleaned immediately.
13. Each class room
should have a dustbin and proper use of its must be done. the teacher teachers
should compel students to use it properly and arrange one if needed
14. All students should
sit in proper way. Desk and bench should be arranged in two or three rows as
per the strength of students. Student seating may be arranged as per their
height.
15. Students must be
trained to turn off lights /fans as and when they leave the class room.
16. Lights must be used
only on need base and no misuse of electricity should be allowed.
17. All subject
teachers have to prepare (month wise) annual teaching plan to complete the
syllabus on time. The syllabus for class X and Class XII will be completed by
second week of Nov 2009 and for all others by January 2009. Students may be
called for extra classes to complete the syllabus on time if necessary.
18. Revision plan will
be prepared in the month of November 2009 for classes X and XII and for others
in the month of February 2009. First round revision for classes X and XII will
be completed by December 2009 and for others by February 2009. Second round
revision will commence from January 2009 onwards for classes X and XII and it
will be completed by 15th February 200. For this purpose action
planned will be chalked out in the month of December 2009.
19. Subject teachers
have to inform their time table to students so that they could bring their
books, notebooks and other teaching material regularly. Teachers should check
the regular attendance of students & if any student is found irregular
his/her parents must be called to sort out the problem.
20. Name of the
topic/chapter must be written on black board before you start to teaching work.
21. Class room
discipline must be maintained during the period.
22. Class work/home
work must be given in a balanced way.
23. Student’s
notebooks/work books etc. must be checked regularly. Positive remarks may be
given where ever necessary.
24. Teachers to carry
chalk to the classes & not to send students to fetch one. Teachers not to
allow students to leave the class under one pretext or the other.
25. Teachers not to
call students from classes during the lessons, unless it is very important.
