WHAT YOU CAN DO TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM A(H1N1)

DOs

DON'Ts

Reduce time spent in crowded places Don't touch your mouth/nose
Improve airflow in your living space by opening windows Don't have close contact with people who show influenza- like symptoms.  Try to maintain a distance of atleast one meter
Practice  good health habits- get adequate sleep, eat nutritious food, be physically active Don't take an antiviral (Tamiflu) unless the healthcare provider advises it
Clean hands thoroughly with soap and water, especially after touching nose and mouth Don't wear a mask unless you are sick
wear a mask if you are caring a sick person Incorrect usage of masks will only increase risk in transmission.
